After not featuring in the Stranger Things finale, a cast member has turned to fans for answers. Following the release of the final season, the actor who portrayed Max Mayfield’s mother asked viewers to theorize why her character did not appear.
Sadie Sink revealed why she was accidentally "really tan" in 'Stranger Things' season 2 when her character Max Mayfield debuted on the Netflix hit show in when the actress was 14 years old.
Marshall also noted in the post that she told “Stranger Things” creators Matt and Ross Duffer about her health battle and “asked them to please not write me out [of the show] due to kindness or concern about my health.” She called the Duffer brothers “such lovely people I’m thrilled to know and have worked under.”
