Water voles have returned to the River Thaw! Last week marked a significant moment in the recovery of Water voles in South Wales, as we released over 200 captive bred voles along the Thaw in the Vale of Glamorgan. Water voles used to be common across waterways in Wales but are now a rare sight, having declined 90% in the past 30 years.
